T5 Incomplete Paraplegic Core Strength Training

At T5 I have very little function on my lower abs, side, and lower back muscles. I’ve gained a lot of control of my erector spinae muscles in the last year and this exercise with an 8 lb bar helps to strengthen the back, sides, and front abs when they engage. I have the para-pot-belly, but this is how I’m trying to ward it off as much as possible
